~Education~
My background is primarily creative with a pinch of “left-brained business spice” sprinkled in. I’ve been involved in compelling programs at UCLA, Art Center College of Design, The Carl Jung Institute, The American College, The University of Arizona, The Coaches Training Institute and The Esalen Institute. I hold a Master’s degree in Metaphysics and was awarded the LUTCF designation from The American College. (Life Underwriter Training Charter Fellow, it means that I know more about Estate Planning than anyone should ever know). I’m Certified as a Life Coach through the ICF (an independent governing body that sets rigorous training requirements for coaches world-wide).
~Family Tree~
I was raised by hippies up in Laurel Canyon and purposely given the initials L.S.D. and come from a long line of Revolutionary Mama’s.
Great-Grandmother:
My great-grandmother was a hard-drinking carnival performer/flapper who rode motorcycles around in circles inside of giant wooden barrels in Paris in the 1920′s. One inspired evening she removed her costume, left the circus, married big money and became a European aristocrat.
Grandmother:
My Grandmother spent many moons in India studying transcendental mediation, astral projection and energy planes with her guru well before it was chic. She lives in Sedona, Arizona surrounded by clouds, good energy and Rinpoche’s. Oh, and she takes daily walks with her dog Epiphany.
Mother:
My Mom was a Hippie/Model/Medicine Maker/ Playboy Playmate/ L.A. Woman. She threw legendary parties, sometimes lasting for three days and nights, up in Laurel Canyon in the 70’s, {she has some exciting tales to tell of those days}.
She used to send me to school each morning with a detailed explanation of the planetary alignment, “It’s a full moon in Scorpio, beware of opposing energy forces.” I was seven. She made all of my medicine at home using Chinese herbs, intuition and antique glass bottles. To my dismay Mom sent me to school with really funky looking sandwiches made of homemade whole wheat bread, hippie peanut butter and raw honey. No one was interested and I was always the least popular at the food-trading tray at school. Currently Mom is a certified scuba diving instructor whose 2010 plan is to become the water nymph/fish feeder/mermaid at the local aquarium.
Before I had children I indulged in my passions:
~Traveling~
Morocco, Algeria, Zurich, Tokyo, Nashville, Bali, Thailand, Savannah, Florence, Cambodia, Sedona, Bologna, Kyoto, Lancaster, Big Sur, Costa Rica, London, Madrid, San Sebastian, Puerto Viejo, Paris, Paris and Paris again.
~Art~

"1 of 6" / Mixed Media / Antique Window Panes, Vintage French Photography, Wax, Paint, Spray Glue, Cocktail Napkins, Loud Music, Red Wine.
Inspired by Basquiat, Banksy, Nabakov, Huxley, Terry Richardson, Anaïs Nin, Somerset Maugham, and the Pre-Raphaelite Movement I created sculptures (out of peacock plumes, wire, melted wax, vintage photography and gold dust). I painted everything including the refrigerator, lampshades, my television and occasionally a canvas.
After the paint dried and the wax was removed from the walls I opened my eyes. I had created over 100 works of art incorporating watercolor, collage, mixed media, found objects, wax, flower petals, sculpture, recycled wood and Japanese calligraphy.
My work has been featured in exhibits across Los Angeles. Female Persuasion {Featured Artist – 2007}, Art Prostitute {Group show – Downtown Los Angeles 2004}, The Cannibal Flower {Featured Artist – Echo Park 2003} and Solar Studios {Group show – Hollywood 2001} Many of my paintings are held in private collections and Lolita {Acrylic on canvas 2004} was considered for inclusion on the Stanley Kubrick Special Edition DVD Collection by the Kubrick Foundation.
Through my art I’ve indulged in a lot of things that are were out of reach to me, either economically, morally or otherwise. I’ve experienced a kind of catharsis through it; a purging of desire.
~Professional~
I’ve worked in Creative at Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Morgan Creek Productions and other Studios. I’ve found the best way to make a living is by being myself, and that is what I do now.
~Revolutionary Monkeys~
I have two extremely spirited, witty, independent, giggling and predominately peanut butter covered children, a five-year old son named Lennon and a three-year old daughter named Colette Arabella.
